Booklet Maker – the simplest configuration includes the Booklet Maker and output tray to provide a simple solution to producing hand fed sets – stapling, folding and stacking.
Face Trimmer – the addition of the trimmer removes the shingled effect on the face of the folded document and provides a clean document edge.
Squarefold – this unit adds a square folded spine for a professional, perfect bound look to the finished book.
Hand feeding – output from any print device can be manually fed through the booklet maker, face trim and squarefold modules.
DigiFold Pro – Paper Folding and Creasing Machine
The Digifold Pro is the ideal product for folding heavier weight paper stock. Designed specifically for the professional digital or litho printer who has a need to crease and fold digitally printed, heavy weight or cross grained stock.
As a stand alone paper folding and creasing machine it is easy to use, and has been one of Morgana’s best selling products since it was first introduced in 2001.
Over 1000 units were sold before the 5000P model was introduced at Drupa 2008. Offering greatly increased speed the 5000P has already sold nearly 500 units in less than 2 years demonstrating the need for a fast, accurate creaser/folder.
Despite all the efforts of our competitors, DigiFold is still the market leader and the product of choice for most digital printing professionals.
As its name suggests the new DigiFold Pro incorporates the all new SmartScreen panel making it simpler to use and offering increased functionality for the user.
In addition to this significant feature improvement, we have once again used state of the art technology to increase its speed. The productivity of the DigiFold Pro has been increased by a very creditable 20% and will now crease and fold at 6000 sheets per hour while retaining the accuracy demanded by users of previous DigiFold models.

The compact Duplo DuSense Sensory Coater provides the quality of digital embossing you expect from a professional Spot UV printer. By utilising Duplo’s proven feeding technologies and Windows based GUI, setup times are limited and the first sheet printed is sellable. The 600dpi inkjet heads enable you to digitally embellish a huge varity of printed applications such as brochures, business cards, greetings cards, invitation, certificates, the list is endless.

Produce high definition images from PDF or TIFF format files, using gray scale images to create textured printing of variable density, ranging from 20* to 80 micron thickness, all in just one pass. This technology enables the combination of heavy solids and fine detail in the same image as well as smooth curves and detailing in beautiful fine lines, down to 5 point fonts. * Results for 20 microns are subject to conditions.
